“The Pentaverate” Trailer Brings Multiple Mike Myers Characters Back In A New Netflix Sci-Fi Show

Mike Myers is back and he’s teamed up with Netflix for a new series called “The Pentaverate.” The name might seem familiar because it actually comes from his 1993 cult comedy “So I Married an Axe Murderer.”

In that film Myers plays the lead as well as his Scottish father. At one point in the film he goes on and on about a secret society/ruling class that is influencing world events and includes The Queen, The Vatican, The Rothschilds, Colonel Sanders and more.

This show dives into that idea with Myers, playing several different roles, including a Canadian journalist who according the show’s synopsis ends up “embroiled in a mission to uncover the truth and just possibly save the world himself.”

You can check out the trailer below:

I’m sold! I really enjoy “So I Married an Axe Murderer,” so having Meyers return to a weird moment from that movie for a Netflix show I’ll be watching. Also lets be honest…We all miss Mike Myers in multiple roles.
