“Supernatural” Spinoff in the Works at The CW with Jensen Ackles Involved

Jensen Ackles and his wife Danneel Ackles are working on a prequel series called The Winchesters for The CW.

The new show would see Ackles reprising his role as Dean Winchester, who is narrating the story about his parents John & Mary. You can read more about the show in the article below:

‘Supernatural’: The CW Attempting a Third Spinoff – The Hollywood Reporter

I loved Supernatural and the shows conclusion but this series seems a little out of left field.  The idea of focusing in on John & Mary is interesting but will this show be able to capture the magic that was the original series thanks mainly to the two stars Jared & Jensen’s chemistry as Sam & Dean.

Speaking of Sam, what about Jared Padalecki? Turns out the man who brought Sam Winchester to life for 15 seasons isn’t involved & he found out the same way many of us did…after Jense’s announced the project & is rightfully a little salty over the news.
