Patty Jenkins is Setting the Record Straight about “Wonder Woman 3”
Patty Jenkins is Setting the Record Straight about “Wonder Woman 3”

Patty Jenkins broke her silence on Wonder Woman 3″ being cancelled.

She took to twitter and revealed some of the inaccuracies that got reported after the news broke.

She did not kill the film or walk away from the project like reports suggested.

She was open to considering anything asked of her.

It was her understanding that there was nothing she could do to move anything forward at this time due to all the changes at the studio.

She was honored to bring the two “Wonder Woman” films to the public.

A lot of the issues with the studio began prior to James Gun and Peter Safran stepping into the head of the table for DC Studios.

Gunn backed up Jenkins tweet saying he “can attest that all of their interactions were pleasant and professional.”

Patty Jenkins Breaks Silence on Wonder Woman 3 Not Moving Forward – The Hollywood Reporter

I am a little bummed we won’t get to see the “Wonder Woman” trilogy completed but we can hold out hope that maybe James Gunn & company give Patty Jenkins a chance to finish her vision. If not, then fingers crossed we at least get Gal Gadot back in some way as they shape the next 10 years of DC films, television and video games.
