Oscars Going Hostless…Again

Why fix what works? At least that’s what the Academy is thinking.

After going hostless for Hollywood’s biggest award show last year the Academy has announced it will go without a host for the second straight year.

Last years show saw a ratings boost which is why the Academy is sticking with this idea. You can read more about this in the article below:

Personally, I enjoyed last years show without the host. I don’t know if it made the show better but it did move quicker than other award shows. Either way I’m looking forward to February 9th and the award announcements on Monday.
