Miles Morales Live-Action “Spider-Man” and Spider-Man 4 with Tom Holland are Happening at Sony

This weekend we get the highly anticipated release of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and the heads of Sony Studios dropped some interesting news at the movies premiere.

Amy Pascal revealed that we are getting a live-action Miles Morales film, as well as an animated Spider-Woman film and once the writer strike ends work will start on Spider-Man 4 with Tom Holland and Zendaya.

All of this news is good news. The Spider-Verse films have opened the door for Miles and a live-action film, spinning off Spider-Woman in the animated films feels like a natural progression and the confirmation that Tom Holland and Zendaya are coming back for more MCU storytelling is exciting after the last film. Honestly, I’m not sure I know which one I’m more excited for.
