“Legends of the Hidden Temple” is Back!

The beloved Nickelodeon 1990s game show Legends of the Hidden Temple is getting rebooted over at The CW.

This new version though will feature adult competitors, while maintaining many of the elements of the original game show.

The CW series will feature Olmec, the giant, talking Mayan head, and gameplay elements from the original including the moat, the Steps of Knowledge, and the Temple Run – where the last remaining team will have to avoid the temple guards and retrieve an artifact.

This new version will also move to an outside studio setting and onto a jungle set where players will take part in the physical and mental challenges.
