Hulu is Reviving “Futurama” with Original Cast Members

“Futurama” is back thanks to Hulu.

It’s been almost 9 years…the last episode aired September of 2013.

Original creators Matt Groening and David X. Cohen are back. Also most of the voice cast will be returning, like Billy West as Fry, Katey Sagal as Leela, and Lauren Tom as Amy.  The only main absence is John DiMaggio as the foul-mouthed robot Bender.

There are reports that he’ finalizing a deal, but also that his parts are being recast.

Warner Bros. announced early Wednesday that Colbert will script "The Lord of the Rings: Shadow of the Past" along with series veteran Philippa Boyens and Peter McGee, Colbert's son.
