“Halloween Ends” Will Have Day-and-Date Release in Theaters and Peacock

In what really could only be described as a surprise, Universal is sending Halloween Ends  to theaters and their streaming service when the film released on October 14th.

The previous film Halloween Kills, also debuted same day on Peacock but that was in the middle of the pandemic. Tons of movies and more specifically Universal as well have gone the traditional theater release this past year. So it is surprising when a film that did good box office numbers in 2021 is bucking the recent trend.
