“Godzilla vs. Kong” Trailer: Brings the Blockbuster Massive Brawl

Even as more films continue shifting release dates (See my last post about James Bond & Ghostbusters), Warner Bros. keeps pushing forward with new releases in theaters and at home on HBO Max.

One of the first Blockbuster films coming our way in 2021 is Godzilla vs. Kong, which got bumped up recently from May to March, and if this trailer is any indication, this is going to be an absolute blast.

GODZILLA VS KONG Trailer (2021) Monster Movie – YouTube

Godzilla is bad now!? Okay. Kong is the only one who can save humanity and stop him? Yes please! Epic battles and destruction coming. Sign me up.

I’m getting good vibes off this first trailer like the fun of the best 90’s action films mixed with Pacific Rim. My only concern is will this have a story or just be a “let them fight!” exploitation in the worst form of 90’s action films mixed with the second Pacific Rim movie.

Either way we will find out soon enough when Godzilla vs. Kong arrives in theaters & HBO Max (for 31 days) on March 26, 2021.
