First Trailer for “Winnie the Pooh: Blood & Honey”

Earlier this year the internet lost its mind when first look photos of an upcoming horror movie titled “Winnie the Pooh: Blood & Honey” came out.

It showed Winnie the Pooh and Piglet, the beloved children’s characters, going on a murderous rampage in a low-budget horror film.

This very real movie now has it’s first official trailer and it looks absolutely wild!

This is not your Disney version of Pooh and gang. I mean the opening shots of this trailer even show you Eeyore’s grave. That’s pretty dark but this trailer does promise a very low-budget film that won’t hold back on shock value and gore. If one thing is clear the budget seems to have gone to the gore side of things.

The film was described by the director Rhys Waterfield that, “Christopher Robin is pulled away from them, and he’s not given them food, it’s made Pooh and Piglet’s life quite difficult. Because they’ve had to fend for themselves so much, they’ve essentially  become feral. So they’ve gone back to their animal roots. They’re no longer tame: they’re like a vicious bear and pig who want to go around and try and find prey.”

Still no word when the movie will premiere but it shouldn’t be that far away with the official trailer out.
