Disney+ Launch Date and Price

Finally, the news has broken and details have emerged from Disney regarding the highly anticipated Disney+ streaming service.

Without waisting any time lets jump into it. They revealed that Disney+ will launch on November 12th, and only cost $6.99 a month or $69.99 for the year. Which is pretty incredible considering Netflix cheapest plan is now $8.99 a month. We also found out this will be an ad free service the same way  Netflix is.

We also got a quick rundown of what shows, movies and other things to expect from the service including everything from a bunch of Marvel Films including the newest movies Captain Marvel and the upcoming Avengers: Endgame as well as the entire Star Wars Saga including Rogue One and Solo.

We also learned about the TV shows that will be available on day 1 including a lot of what was recently purchased in the Fox acquisition like the National Geographic’s collection, and all 30 seasons of The Simpsons (Though we don’t know if this includes the Michael Jackson episode that producers recently pulled from syndication).

In all honesty, this seems like it will be a game changer in a lot of different ways. They also discussed bundling packages with Hulu and ESPN+, as well as offering a cheaper price all around than any other streaming service and the amount of content we get on day 1 is impressive.
