CBS Resurrects Sunday Night Movie

A long time ago in a time when home video didn’t exist, networks aired movies.

Now with many of those networks struggling to fill programming due to coronavirus delays, CBS has announced they are bringing back the Sunday Night Movie.

It will kick off in May, and be five weeks of programming featuring some big blockbusters with Raiders of the Lost Ark kicking things off. Other films include in order Forrest GumpMission: ImpossibleTitanic, and wrapping up with Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.

That is a big lineup of films and I think a good distraction in these times. Then again I do wonder if people will tune in or if you will just pull out the old VHS player and double tape of Titanic to skip the commercials.
