Warmer temperatures and a chance for thunderstorms Thursday

HARRISONBURG VA: (Rocktown Now) – High pressure should keep skies sunny for most of the day, although there is a slight risk for a scattered thunderstorm late this afternoon into this evening. Temperatures climb into the mid 80’s today and could reach near 90 in some areas. The high moves off the coast tonight, allowing the return of more humid, moist air for Thursday. Showers and thunderstorms are likely Thursday followed by a cooler and less humid day Friday.
