HARRISONBURG VA: (Rocktown Now) – Tonight, two major high school football playoff games will light up the Shenandoah Valley as Broadway High School and Turner Ashby High School take the field in Class 3 Region 3C quarterfinal matchups.

Broadway High School, boasting a 9–1 record, will host Liberty Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. The Gobblers have been dominant this season, averaging nearly 39 points per game while holding opponents to single digits in several home contests. Liberty Christian, the two-time defending state champion, enters with a 7–2 record and a powerful rushing attack that averages over 200 yards per game. Broadway, meanwhile, will look to capitalize on its balanced offense and strong defensive play to overcome the Bulldogs and advance deeper into the playoffs. Fans can catch the action live on on WSVA 92.1 FM and streaming on www.rocktownnow.com.

Just a few miles away, Turner Ashby High School will also kick off at 7:00 p.m., hosting Alleghany in another highly anticipated playoff clash. Both teams come in at 9–1, setting the stage for a battle of heavyweights. The Knights have been explosive on offense, averaging more than 35 points per game, and have shown consistency throughout the season with big wins over Spotswood and Harrisonburg. Alleghany brings a balanced attack and a tough defense that will challenge Turner Ashby’s rhythm. With home-field advantage and a strong regular-season performance, the Knights aim to keep their playoff hopes alive.

These games promise excitement and intensity as local teams fight for a chance to move closer to a state championship. Kickoff for both contests is at 7:00 p.m., and fans are encouraged to come out and support their schools or tune in online for what should be an unforgettable night of high school football.

The Broadway vs Liberty Christian Academy game can be heard on WSVA 92.1 FM and streaming here on Rocktown Now.  Also on the Rocktown Now App.
