Plea hearing delayed again for Harrisonburg man facing multiple child pornography charges

HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – Another delay in the case of the Harrisonburg man who is facing a slew of felony charges related to child pornography.

Mark Everett Paulson was set to enter a plea during a hearing this morning in Rockingham County Circuit Court.

However, according to online records a continuation until November 20 was granted. It’s the eighth continuation since Paulson, 63, was indicted by a grand jury in October of last year on 20 counts, including 19 for possession of child pornography multiple offenses.

Paulson was convicted on four similar charges in June 2008 and served a year and a half in prison for those crimes. He was also ordered to register as a sex offender.
