STAUNTON VA: (Rocktown Now) – Crews will be repaving parts of Springhill Road and Selma Boulevard this week in Staunton to restore roadways following recent utility work by Columbia Gas.

Drivers are asked to cautiously follow the detour from Buckingham Street and Parkview Avenue to Spaulding Street as operations begin today on Springhill Road.

Officials emphasize that the intersection of Glen Avenue and Springhill Road will be restricted.

Work on Selma Boulevard is scheduled to begin tomorrow and continue through Friday, moving block-by-block from Hendren Avenue to Cherry Hill Drive.

Crews will maintain resident and local access with flagger traffic control.
Expect delays in the affected areas.
