HARRISONBURG, Va. (JMU Athletics) – James Madison men’s soccer remained steadfast at No. 10 in the United Soccer Coaches National Rankings for Division I, the organization announced Tuesday afternoon.

Additionally, the Dukes were ranked 12th in the TopDrawerSoccer Top 25 rankings.

JMU had its match over the weekend against Georgia Southern postponed due to effects from Hurricane Helene, but knocked off Radford, 5-0, at home earlier in the week. Redshirt senior Yanis Lelin recorded his first career brace while sophomore Jeffrey Aguilar tallied five points from a goal and three assists.

Earlier today, TopDrawerSoccer named Aguilar to its National Team of the Week while Lelin was tabbed an honorable mention.

As a team, Dukes lead the country in goals against average (0.375), shutout percentage (.750) and save percentage (.885) and are tied for second in total shutouts (six). They are also one of 11 teams to remain unbeaten this season.

Junior Sebastian Conlon currently leads the country in goals against average (0.387) and ranks third in save percentage (.875) and tied for fourth in shutouts (five). He leads the Sun Belt Conference in all three categories. Also leading the Sun Belt is redshirt senior Evan Southern with a league-high five assists.
