Second Half

After Leslie Aleman caused a Maroon turnover, she grabbed the ground ball and got the pass to Kaylene Todd who successfully cleared out of the Royals offensive zone. With just over 10 seconds left on the shot clock, Ava Walker went to her right and from about 10 yards out, fired a shot that beat the Roanoke keeper for her 16th goal of the season.
• The Royals were able to get a little more offense going in the fourth, as Todd, A. Walker and Ava Schwartz all registered shots on goal. But they were all turned away by the Maroons keeper.
• RC tacked on five more goals in the final 15 minutes and Hunter wrapped up the quarter with two more saves, giving her 15 on the day, her eighth double-digit save game of the season.
