Broadway man to face grand jury for theft charges

ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – A grand jury date has been set for the Broadway man who is facing a slew of theft-related charges.

According to online records, Vladimir Petrovich Mazur is scheduled to appear before a Rockingham County Circuit Court grand jury on Monday, Aug. 19.

Mazur, 36 was arrested on Feb. 1 after several law enforcement agencies executed a search warrant in the 11000 block of Wampler Road.

Among the charges he faces include possession of a gun with a scheduled drug as well as buying and receiving stolen goods of over a thousand dollars.

He remains in custody.
