FOREST, Va. (BC Athletics) – Bridgewater women’s cross country freshman Olivia Morra was awarded ODAC runner of the week honors, announced by the league office Tuesday afternoon.

The Spotsylvania, Va. native competed in the Bridgewater Cross Country Invitational Saturday morning. She clocked a 23:27.36 for a first place finish in the women’s 6k, improving on her time from the CNU XC Invitational by nearly a minute. She led the Eagles to a first-place finish in the Invitational and a first-team victory for BC.

Morra and the women’s cross country team will compete again on Friday, Oct. 3 at the Paul Short Run in Bethlehem, Pa.
