Blue Ridge Community College preparing for the start of 2024-25 school year next week

HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – Classes are set to start Monday for the fall semester at Blue Ridge Community College.

School president Dr. John Downey said on Early Mornings today that he is excited for the beginning of another academic year.

“I think [I’m excited] to see the campus teaming with students again this summer,” Downey said. “We have students on campus, but not as many. And also, to see the campus come back to life in a way and have all the excitement of new beginnings.”

Downey added that just because classes are starting on Monday, it is not too late to register for the fall semester. For more information and to register, visit BRCC.edu.
