Augusta County road rage case certified to grand jury

AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The case of the Stuarts Draft man charged with several felonies following a road rage incident last year is moving on in the courts.

Online records show that eight counts against Ma’Aquil Ni’mill Littlejohn were certified to the grand jury during a hearing yesterday Augusta County General District Court.

The 42-year-old Littlejohn is accused of pulling a pistol and striking another motorist on the head with it after both drivers exited their vehicles near Schneider Park during a road rage encounter on November 8th.

He was arrested on December 11 following an investigation.

Among the eight charges he faces include two counts of brandishing a firearm and one count of malicious wounding.
