Gas prices drop in the valley

HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – Gas prices in Virginia dropped another three cents per gallon in the last week to an average of 3-45 today.
That is according to a GasBuddy survey of more than four-thousand stations across the commonwealth. Prices at the pump are a half-cent lower than this time last month.
In the Harrisonburg market, gas ranges between 3-41 and 3-49.
Gas prices nationwide fell one cent in the last week, averaging 3-62 per gallon today. The national average is still up nearly three cents from a month ago.
The national average price for diesel also slid three-and-a-half cents in the last seven days to 3-94.
