RICHMOND, Va. — State authorities are asking the public to be on the lookout for an escaped inmate as their search enters its second day.

Virginia Department of Corrections officials say that Naseem Isaiah Roulack, a prisoner at Greensville Correctional Center near Emporia, broke out of a Henrico County hospital early Saturday morning.

They say Roulack is a black male, standing 5-foot-8 and weighing 225 pounds. He has four identifying tattoos, including the words “Cut Throat” on his right cheek.

He is believed to be wearing jeans, a gray shirt, and a black hat that says “Richmond.”

Anyone with information is asked to call Virginia State Police, or the VADOC fugitive line.
