Snapchat CEO to Deliver JMU Winter Commencement Address

HARRISONBURG, Va – (WSVA) James Madison University has revealed the keynote speaker for its upcoming Winter Commencement ceremony.

In a release, the school announced that Jennifer Park Stout, vice president of Snap, Incorporated which operates the popular mobile, app Snapchat, will deliver the address Saturday, December 16th at 10 am at the Atlantic Union Bank Center.

Stout is a 1998 graduate of J-M-U. She currently oversees several high-level positions with Snap, including internal policy development and safety outreach.

Prior to joining the company, she spent 20 years in the U-S Government, including as a special assistant to former president Barack Obama.

This is a ticketed event.
