Harrisonburg Sees No New Covid Cases Again

HARRISONBURG, Va – Make it six straight days without a new case of COVID-19 being reported in the City of Harrisonburg.

Numbers from the state health department this morning included fewer than 800 new cases across the entire Commonwealth since Tuesday.  Locally, the five new cases in Staunton were the most while Augusta County enjoyed a second consecutive day with a new case of the virus.

There were a handful of hospitalizations throughout the listening area, but no fatal cases.

COVID hospitalizations shrank to just 282 in Virginia with only 50 coronavirus patients in ICU’s statewide.
